The protection of funds is ensured under Luxembourg law dated July 27, 2003, governing fiduciary arrangements. Funds held in these fiduciary accounts remain off the balance sheet of Banking Circle, ensuring that even in the unlikely event of its insolvency, your funds remain fully safeguarded.
